Ajith is an operator first and an investor second.

He built his first company from zero—scaling an international fresh produce distribution business to $3.3 million in annual revenue and moving 2,500 tons of product annually from Europe to North America. He has also spent over fifteen years delivering large-scale capital and transformation programs across the energy and healthcare sectors.

Raised in India, educated in the United States, and now based in Canada, Ajith brings a global perspective shaped by adaptability and independence. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering (Avionics) and a dual-degree MBA from Cornell University and Queen's University.

Outside of work, Ajith is a licensed pilot and can often be found up in the air on weekends. He has hiked the Himalayas, completed motorbike expeditions across Asia, and traveled to more than 25 countries. Cooking remains his quiet counterbalance to high-intensity work.
